Abhigyan Disha expects that all donors will take due care and diligence while making donations online but it also recognises that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their mind later. Abhigyan Disha will examine each request for refund of donation and make effort to make the refund process fair and speedy. Abhigyan Disha may also seek further information / documents and donor should co-operate in this regard.
However, Abhigyan Disha is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.The minimum amount for which refund can be claimed is INR 500.
In order to get refund of the donation --
• Donor must request Abhigyan Disha in writing or by email for a refund and the request must reach Abhigyan Disha within 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which the donation was made.
• The written request stating reason for requesting refund must be sent to the address stated below and must contain all the details pertaining to the donation like : Transaction-ID, Name& Adress of the Donor , Amount and Date of donation
• Actual refund amount may not be equal to the donated amount. All decisions of Abhigyan Disha in this regard will be final and binding on the donor.
